Pear – one of tasty and useful fruit. They perfectly are suitable for preparations for the winter in the form of jam, jelly and fruit jelly which can be used for ornament, a stuffing of confectionery and as an independent dessert.
"Pears jam with orange"
- Pears of 1 kg;
- Sugar of 0.5 kg;
- Orange of 1 piece.
Preparation stages:
- To chop the washed-up fruit together with a peel pieces.
- To put everything in a pan with non-stick coating or pig-iron.
- Powder with sugar and leave before emergence of juice.
- Put on weak fire and cook 10 minutes.
- Remove from fire, allow to cool down to jam. Then to put on fire and to cook 15 more minutes.
- Spread out hot jam on small banks and to roll up hermetically.
- Warm the turned banks.
- After cooling to store in the dark place.
"Fruit jelly from pears"
- Pears of 1 kg;
- Sugar 350-400;
- Lemon of ½ pieces;
- Apples of 3-4 pieces (at will);
- Carnation of 4-5 pieces;
- Allspice of 3-4 pieces.
Preparation stages:
- Wash pears with flowing water, peel also sunflower seeds, to chop on pieces and to put in a pan.
- Fill in with water on 2/3 and cook before full softening.
- Inwrap spices in a gauze and lower in a pan during cooking of pears, after to remove.
- Crush weight the blender in puree.
- Add sugar and a polished dried peel. Put on weak fire and uvarit to density.
- That weight was more dense, at the beginning of preparation to add 250 g of apple puree.
- Spread out ready fruit jelly on banks, close covers.
- Allow to cool down and place to the cool place in storage.
"Pear jelly"
- Pears soft 1 kg;
- Sugar of 0.5 kg;
- Lemon average 1 piece;
- Gelatin of 1 tsp.
Preparation stages:
- Wash fruit with water, remove a peel from a lemon.
- Cut pieces and put in a pan.
- Put a pan on slow fire, fill sugar, mix and cook 20-25 minutes after boiling, without forgetting to stir slowly.
- Fill in gelatin with water and leave for 35-45 minutes
- Wipe the welded weight through a sieve and enter into it gelatin, heat on weak fire to gelatin dissolution, but not boil.
- Shift in banks, close covers, cover with a towel.
- Next day to put to the cool place.
