Instruction
1. Take 0.5 l of pasteurized milk and 50 ml of powdered milk, 100 g of cottage cheese (fat-free), 1 crude egg and, at will, a little fruit syrup or fresh berries for improvement of taste. Mix everything in the blender or the mixer, cocktail is ready.
2. Prepare a glass of kefir. Further pound walnuts that at you 1 tablespoon of a nut crumb turned out. Pour out nuts in kefir. There add one crude egg and 1 tablespoon of honey. Properly mix everything, sip slowly.
3.
