How to prepare prunes decoction

Prunes are useful to an organism as it contains many minerals, vitamins, cellulose and fructose and also a large amount of tannins and organic acids. Also prunes decoction isn't less useful.

It is required to you

  • - prunes;
  • - water;
  • - gauze;
  • - beet;
  • - oat-flakes;
  • - sugar;
  • - tea.

Instruction

1. As prevention of various diseases of a stomach and heart in day it is enough to eat 5-6 черносливин or to drink 1 cup of broth. For its preparation take 10-15 черносливин (without stones, differently drink will turn out bitterish).

2. Carefully wash out prunes in warm water or drench with boiled water. Fill in dried fruits with liter of water and boil on slow fire within 10 min. Cool broth to room temperature, filter through a double layer of a gauze.

3. If desired it is possible to add a half of a teaspoon of sugar to broth, but it is optional, correctly made drink in itself will be sweetish. Also it is possible to add a little black tea to broth of prunes. It will give to drink the warming tea aroma.

4. The dried fruits which remained after filtering are suitable for addition in muesli, porridges, etc. They can be put in a dish entirely or to pound in the blender.

5. If you want to use broth as means for clarification of a stomach, take 100 grams of the washed-out черносливин, beet and Herculean flakes. Fill in all ingredients with two liters of water and boil on slow fire within 1 hour. Cool, filter broth and drink on 1 glass a day before going to bed.
