Recipe simple and available to everyone. I more than am sure that ingredients for preparation of such dessert will be in the fridge at everyone! And with apples from the giving and with own hand grown up raspberry jam it by all means will turn out remarkable!

It is required to you

  • Dough:
  • - 210 g of flour;
  • - 150 g of sugar;
  • - 160 g of a desi;
  • - 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar;
  • - 1 large yolk;
  • - 1 tsps of baking powder;
  • - salt pinch.
  • Stuffing:
  • - 200 g of the apples peeled and cut by a cube;
  • - 100 g of raspberry jam;
  • - 1 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - juice of a half of a lemon.

Instruction

1. Softened (to get from the fridge in advance) a desi to shake up in light and magnificent cream cream with addition of sugar within 5 minutes. Then to pour vanilla sugar and a yolk. Shake up once again, to uniform consistence.

2. Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Connect dry components of the test to liquid and knead a soft dough. Roll it in a sphere, divide into 2 parts, inwrap everyone in food wrap and remove in the freezer for 1.5 hours.

3. Mix the cut and peeled apples with sugar, juice of a lemon and flour in a small bowl, to set aside.

5. Oil a baking dish and to powder slightly with flour. Put an oven to be warmed up to 200 degrees Celsius.

6. Through an hour and a half to pull out dough from the freezer. Grate a half directly in the prepared form. From above to lay out apples and to pointwise spread out a teaspoon jam on a pie surface. Cover with also grated second half of the test.

7. Send to the furnace for 45 minutes. To cool completely and only then to cut for the portion.
