It is required to you

  • – the spring, filtered or drinking water of industrial production – 2 liters;
  • – a ginger root – 10-30 g;
  • – an average cucumber – 1 piece,
  • – a fresh peppermint – 2 branches;
  • – 2.5 liter jug (capacity has to be located on the lower shelf of the fridge and have a cover) – 1 piece;
  • – a small grater – 1 piece.

Instruction

1. Use the clearest water which is in the house. An optimal variant – the water from a spring source enriched with minerals. The tap water which underwent boiling isn't suitable for preparation of drink categorically. Boiling kills only a bacterial flora from liquid, but doesn't cope with iron and chlorine in any way that brings the value of Sassi water to naught.

2. Wash out ginger and by means of a sharp knife accurately husk. It is important to cut out all soft sites of the beginning rotting. Ginger has to be fibrous, damp and dense. By means of a small grater grate ginger in gruel so that 1 teaspoon with the hill turned out. The most valuable in ginger is a juice which begins to stream literally on a grater. It is sign of freshness of a product.
