Sesame paste, or takhin - a traditional dish of east countries. Paste from sesame can be used at preparation of hummus and also as snack for pita.

It is required to you

  • - sesame seeds — 250 g
  • - vegetable oil — 1/4 glasses (sesame or another vegetable)

Instruction

1. For preparation of sesame paste it is required as well the blender. Previously we warm an oven to 110 degrees Celsius. On a clean dry baking tray we pour out sesame seeds, to distribute and put evenly in an oven for 12-15 minutes.
