  • – salt.

Instruction

1. Carefully wash squash under flowing water. Knife sharp on plates no more than 4 mm thick. If a squash young, then it is possible to cut together with a skin.

2. Put the cut squash in deep capacity and salt, mix. Leave squash for some time, and then wring out the emitted juice clean hands.
