Squash – really universal product which is perfectly combined with meat, a bird, fish, mushrooms, vegetables, various sauces and spices. For this reason at least one bed is engaged at the site of the modern Russian summer resident by these amusing and incredibly tasty "chubbies". It is possible to prepare from squash anything, especially if near at hand there is such useful device as the multicooker.

Stewed squash in sour cream

Unlike a traditional way of creation of culinary masterpieces, squash dishes in the multicooker keep the gustatory qualities and useful properties. The lightest way of preparation of squash – their suppression in sour cream.

The recipe provides use of such ingredients as:

  • squash – 1 kg;
  • onions – 2 pieces;
  • sour cream – 1 glass;
  • starch – 1. l.;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • fennel – 1 bunch;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Wash up squash, husk with them, remove sunflower seeds and cut circles 2 cm thick, halve each of them. Peel onions from a peel, wash up, cut half rings.

Turn on the multicooker, set the Frying mode, oil a device bowl vegetable and lay out in it onions. At constant stirring fry onions to a golden crust, fill up squash in the multicooker, add salt and pepper, carefully mix ingredients, close the multicooker a cover and include the Suppression mode.

It is necessary to extinguish squash in the multicooker for 15 minutes. After this time open a device cover, fill in vegetables with the sour cream mixed with starch and add the dish from squash prepared in the multicooker with small chopped greens.

Caviar from squash in the multicooker

Also the recipe of marrow caviar in the multicooker providing use of such products as is quite original:

  • squash – 2 kg;
  • carrots - 300 g;
  • onions – 300 g;
  • tomatoes – 300 g;
  • paprika – 300 g;
  • tomato paste – 3 tablespoons;
  • salt – 1 tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

To make the marrow caviar in the multicooker which is tasting like store use vegetables of the large size with mature sunflower seeds. 

To prepare squash in the multicooker in such a way, carefully wash up vegetables. Crush carrots on a large grater, scrape pepper seeds and cut straws, small chop onions. Husk tomatoes, peel squash also seeds, cut vegetables in small cubes.

The first part of the recipe of caviar from squash is serial roasting of vegetables in the multicooker at an open cover and the set Frying mode:

  • carrots – 10 minutes;
  • onions – 5 minutes;
  • pepper – 7 minutes;
  • tomatoes – 10 minutes.

Having made roasting, lay out squash in a multicooker bowl, close the device a cover, prepare 20 minutes in the Frying mode, periodically stirring slowly.

Add the fried vegetables, tomato paste and salt to squash, close the multicooker a cover and set the Suppression mode for 15 minutes. Crush a ready vegetable mix by means of the submersible blender before formation of uniform consistence, boil the turned-out marrow caviar in the Steam boiling mode of 5 minutes. 

The marrow caviar made according to this recipe in the multicooker can be used as preparation for the winter or snack for a festive and daily feast.
