  • 1-2 squash (about 1-1.2 kg);
    • 1 large carrots;
    • 1-2 bulbs;
    • 2 ripe tomatoes;

    • salt;
    • 2-3 garlic gloves;
    • vegetable oil for frying;

Instruction

1. Carefully wash out squash under a stream of cool water. Clean them. Cut squash rings 1-2 cm thick. If seeds were already created, cut out the middle in squash rings. Cut the prepared squash in cubes.

2. Wash up carrots, clean, grate. Clean onions, small cut. Wash tomatoes, cut small or grate.
