Tartines - the gentle pastries from puff pastry complemented with fruit and berries. Light cakes are cooked without fat butter cream therefore delicacy will suit those who keep a figure. One cake contains 248 kcal. Tartines from a cranberry and apples please with a combination of bright sourness to sweet and lightness of the test. We take the ready frozen puff pastry therefore preparation demands a minimum of efforts and culinary skill.
It is required to you
- On 12 tartines:
- - the frozen puff pastry – 2 leaves (from packing weighing about 360 g)
- - cranberry sauce – ¾ banks (about 300 g)
- - apples of a grade "Gala" - 2 pieces of the average size
- - crude egg – 1 piece (large)
- - granulated sugar – ¼ glasses (about 60 ml)
- - apricot jam - 1/4 banks (about 100 g)
- - a clear water – 2 tablespoons
- - 2 baking sheets for pastries
- - 2 sheets of parchment paper
- - confectionery brush
- For decoration of cakes:
- - whipped cream
- - fresh berries of a cranberry, raspberry, blackberry
Instruction
1. In advance get 2 leaves of puff pastry from the freezer for thawing. Wash 2 apples and remove a core with grains and tails. Cut pulp together with a peel on thin slices. Break egg in a bowl and slightly shake up. Warm an oven to 200 °C. Lay baking sheets for roasting sheets of pergamenty paper.
2. 2 leaves of the defrozen puff pastry cut on 12 squares with the party about 7 cm. At the edges make a border of 1-1.3 cm in size. Distribute cranberry sauce on a surface of tartines, without concerning a border. On each tartine spread 1 tablespoon of sauce. From above place 3-4 slices of apples. Grease edges of tartines by means of a confectionery brush with a frothed eggs. Strew all cakes with granulated sugar.
3. Place preparations on baking sheets with parchment paper and put in an oven for roasting. Preparation duration – 23-25 minutes. In the middle of term the top and lower baking sheets trade places. Tartines are ready when the surface of the test becomes golden-brown, and cakes slightly will increase in a size.
4. Prepare sweet gas station: in a clean bowl stir 100 g of apricot jam and 2 pure tablespoons. Put weight on average fire and prepare, stirring slowly until jam is softened (about 1 minute). Distribute ready mix on ready tartines by means of a confectionery brush. Serve pastries to a table in the warm or cooled-down look.
