From a turkey it is possible to prepare many various dishes, the recipe of the baked turkey is especially distributed in an oven. This dish is recommended to be added with a creamy mushroom sauce.

It is required to you

  • For four portions:
  • - 800 g of fillet of a turkey;
  • - 500 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 100 ml of cream;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - lavrushka, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper.

Instruction

1. Put to warm up an oven to 200 degrees.

2. In a deep frying pan kindle a desi, add the crushed bulb, a lavrushka. Afterwards send a whole piece of a turkey to a frying pan. Fry to a golden crust. Don't forget to salt, pepper meat.
