- 4 cucumbers (large); - 400 g of boiled meat;

- 100 g of onions; - 50 g of greens of parsley; - 30 ml of vegetable oil; - 100 g of sour cream; - ground black pepper; - salt.

The big outgrown cucumbers which need to be cleaned from a firm thin skin previously are suitable for this dish. Then cut cucumbers on halves and accurately remove with a tablespoon a core with seeds. Further make forcemeat. For this purpose any meat (beef, pork, chicken will approach) wash out, dry and boil until ready in the added some salt water then if necessary separate meat from bones and miss pulp via the meat grinder. Carefully wash out a girasol, clean and grate then connect to mincemeat and the browned vegetables. Add pepper and salt, properly mix everything. Grease a baking tray or a flat heat resisting pan with vegetable oil and establish vertically preparations from cucumbers, fill everyone with the made forcemeat, sprinkle from above vegetable oil and strew with a grated cheese. Then place the stuffed cucumbers in an oven and bake within 20-30 minutes at a temperature 200-220os.
