The stuffed turkey stick - very tasty dish which is ideal for any celebration. It is nutritious, refined and requires special attention at its preparation. If all of you correctly do, your guests will appreciate your work.

It is required to you

  • leg of a turkey - 1 piece;
    • Mincemeat - 170 g;
    • cottage cheese - 160 g;
    • spinach leaves - 100 g;
    • egg - 1 piece;
    • walnuts - 40 g;
    • pistachio nuts – 30 g;
    • champignons fresh - 100 g;
    • onion – 1 piece;
    • parsley greens – 1 bunch;
    • carrots - 1 piece;
    • rosemary dried - 1 tablespoon;
    • sage – 2 leaflets;
    • bay leaf - 1 piece;
    • dry white wine - 0.5 glasses;
    • desi - 20 g;
    • olive oil - 5 tablespoons;
    • chicken broth - 1 tablespoon;
    • salt
    • black pepper.


1. Shell pistachio nuts. Put the cleaned kernels in a plate and fill in with abrupt boiled water. In 15 minutes drain water and peel kernels.

2. Wash up carrots and clean. Cut it on small cubes. Further boil thoroughly carrots within five minutes in the added some salt water.

3. Clean fresh champignons, wash and cut segments. Fresh mushrooms can be replaced dried, then previously wet them in water.
