  • coconut flakes of 30 g
  • sesame of 30 g
  • light raisin of 30 g
  • pine nuts
  • juice of a half of a lemon (it is possible to replace with a cranberry 30 g)
  • honey of 2 tablespoons.
  • vegetable oil of 1 tablespoon.
  • waters of 1 tablespoon.

Instruction

1. Mix water, honey, oil and juice of a lemon in separate ware. Mix oat flakes, the chopped nuts (if you take apricot stones, a filbert or walnut) and dried fruits (if you have a dried apricots, prunes and large raisin). If ingredients small (pine nuts, the crude cleaned sunflower seeds, small raisin, sesame), then they can be not crushed.
