- garlic - 2 cloves;
- greens of fennel and basil;
- tomatoes in own juice - 250 g;
- ""Honey"":
- wings of a turkey - 1 kg;
- honey - 1 tablespoon;
- soy-bean sauce - 2 tablespoons;
- sugar - 1 tablespoon.
- Margarita:
- wings of a turkey - 1 kg;
- mayonnaise
- mustard;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- Turkey soup:
- wings of a turkey - 500 g;
- bay leaf;
- peppercorn;
- garlic;
- egg - 1 piece;
- sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
- flour;
- water - 250 ml.
Instruction
1. The baked wings of a turkey. Miss garlic through a press and small chop greens of fennel and a basil. Mash a fork tomatoes, add red paprika and ginger. Mix all ingredients. Wings of a turkey carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water and cover them with the made marinade. Leave for 1 hour. Lay out the pickled wings on a baking tray. Bake 45 minutes in the oven warmed up to 200C. Give together with the baked potatoes or vegetables.
2. ""Honey"". For preparation of marinade mix a soy-bean sauce, honey, sugar and the crushed garlic. Wash up wings of a turkey. Cover with mix and leave to be pickled 1-2 hours. Then warm a frying pan with a large number of vegetable oil and fry before formation of a golden crust.
3. Margarita. Crush garlic, small chop greens. Add mayonnaise and mustard. Mix all ingredients. Pickle wings of a turkey in this mix. Leave for 2-3 hours, then lay out on the baking tray oiled vegetable. Bake 40 minutes in the warmed oven. Give on a table hot with a vegetable garnish.
4. Turkey soup. Wash up wings and cut everyone on 3 joints. Pour water in a pan and put in it a turkey. Bring to the boil and scum. Salt to taste and you cook broth under a cover 1.5 hours. At this time make home-made noodles. In a bowl break egg, pour in a glass of water and salt. Pour flour and add a sour cream spoon for softness. Divide dough into 4 parts and roll in thin flat cakes. Later cut them on narrow strips. Weld it in separate capacity. When meat is ready, add some spice. In 10-15 minutes pull out wings on a plate. Separate meat from bones and cut it on pieces.
