It is required to you

  • Seaweed to a hole;
    • Avocado;
    • Cauliflower;
    • Mushrooms;
    • Lettuce leaf;
    • Paprika;
    • Cucumbers;
    • Carrots;
    • Green onions;
    • Soy-bean sauce;
    • Olive oil;
    • Rice vinegar for sushi;
    • Half of a teaspoon of honey;
    • Blender;
    • To Makis (a special mat for wraparound of rolls).

Instruction

1. Ship inflorescences of a cauliflower in the blender and crush them to the consistence reminding boiled rice. Pickle the received weight in mix of honey and vinegar within 15 minutes.

2. Further pickle for 15 minutes in mix of olive oil and a soy-bean sauce the mushrooms cut by straws. Purify other ingredients and cut straws.
