- - 1 kg of small cucumbers;
- - 2 liters of drinking water;
- - 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- - 4 tablespoons of the salt which is (not iodated);
- - 5 garlic gloves on 1 bank;
- - on 3 leaves of cherry and currant on 1 bank;
- - half of a leaf of an oak and horse-radish on 1 bank;
- - 1 umbrella of fennel on 1 bank;
- - on 3-6 peas black and allspice on 1 bank;
- - 1 tablespoons of vinegar of 9% on 1 bank.
- Kitchen scales, tablespoons, knife, plate, one-liter glass jars, metal cover with an elastic band and a key for preservation, two pans, deep bowls, a basin, a ladle, a cover watering can, a towel and a blanket.
Instruction
1. Don't you like to encumber everything with banks with a pickles and you prefer to indulge yourself new fragrant vegetables? Then you by all means need to learn how to salt cucumbers in one-liter jars. Well wash out cucumbers and wet them in a basin for 2 hours.
2. Wash out banks and covers, in advance having checked their state for availability of rust and cracks. Sterilize a glass container in any convenient way, boil covers and leave them in a pan before preservation. Pour over other stock hot water and put the table set by a clean towel.
3. For half an hour before it is necessary to get cucumbers, it is possible to put on fire a pan with two liters of water, to boil the kettle, to clean and rinse garlic.
