How to sterilize the jars with preparations in a pan with water

Conservation of vegetables, fruit, salads and other takes a lot of time, it is required to prepare properly for preservation fruits, to wash out and sterilize banks. However there is a way thanks to which it is possible to finish with preparations, having spent not enough time, - to warm up banks with contents in a pan with the boiling water.

It is required to you

  • - wide and deep pan;
  • - cotton towel;
  • - covers;
  • - nippers for extraction of cans;
  • - vegetables, fruit, salads or other viands for turning.

Instruction

1. Properly wash up vegetables, fruit, trying not to leave on garbage fruits. If there is a preparation of salads, then previously weld the necessary amount of salad and slightly cool it (up to the temperature not higher than 70 degrees).

2. Wash banks of the necessary volume, using soda for the procedure. Check each jar for existence on it of cracks and chips. Select that ware which has no defects at all.

3. Take covers and also wash out them, but only with detergent for ware. You remember, metal covers can't be washed with soda. As option, for the procedure it is possible to use mustard powder.

4. Fill clean banks with a ready-to-serve salad, vegetables, fruit, herbs, spicery and we designate. If cucumbers or tomatoes are preserved, then fill in them with a ready brine. Cover banks with the prepared covers.

5. On a bottom of a pan put the towel folded by three-four times (if there is a silicone support, then it is better to use it), and on it put cups with preparations (important to use banks of one volume and height). Pour in a pan water so that it didn't reach a neck of cans approximately on one centimeter. Put a pan with contents on fire.

6. After boiling of contents of cans reckon time until the end of sterilization. You keep banks of 0.5-0.7 liters on fire of 10-12 minutes, and 800 - gram-liter - 15-17 minutes.

7. On the expiration of time take banks from hot water, twirl covers, turn banks a bottom up, wrap up them and leave for day. Remove the cooled-down preparations on storage to the location, comfortable for you, whether it be the fridge or a case. The preparations which underwent sterilization in this way are perfectly stored even at the room temperature.
