The cauliflower received the distribution in Italy in the 16th century. It is the one-year vegetable culture enjoying special popularity in Europe. In comparison with a usual, white cabbage, it has a set of advantages, thanks to the special chemical composition and availability of valuable amino acids and also a number of vitamins necessary for an organism. The cauliflower is good as fresh (for frying, suppression), and in the form of a marinated or salty product.

1. Completely ripened heads of a cauliflower are allowed to be stored up to 3 months at a temperature about 0 degrees on With and relative humidity in range of 90-95%.
