1. Such tasty and expensive drink as cognac, demands observance of certain conditions at its storage. You need to control 4 parameters: tightness of a bottle, its situation and also light and temperature. These parameters need to be considered at storage of all alcoholic beverages.

2. It is the best of all to store cognac in oak casks since in other conditions its quality worsens, but if you can't afford it, then don't stock up with alcohol for the future better, and periodically update the stocks. Place a cognac bottle in vertical position that drink didn't adjoin to a stopper as the cognac spirit very well absorbs any smells.

3. The bottle with cognac needs to be closed hermetically that air inside didn't nestle close. If you plan to store a bottle with cognac several years, then will be reasonable to fill in a bottle neck with sealing wax.

4. You store cognac at a temperature 5-15os in the dark room. Know that it is possible to store open cognac only about 2-3 months as the air getting into a bottle considerably changes taste and aroma of drink. Pour the drunk not enough cognac in a bottle, smaller on volume, and hermetically close.

5. Such alcoholic drinks as vodka or whisky, you store at a temperature 5-25os and humidity of air no more than 85%. Also avoid temperature drops which spoil a stopper and air gets to wine. Stack white, pink and sparkling wines closer to a floor, and it is possible to store red and semisweet wines above.

9. Observe humidity of air of 70-80% which will prevent usykhany traffic jams in a wine storage place. It has to be indoors dark as bright light provokes aging of drink. It is the best of all to store wine in special cells or niches in a cellar.

10. Provide to bottles with wine absolute rest, having excluded vibrations. For this purpose between racks make special laying.

11. You store large bottles in horizontal position that wine didn't adjoin to a stopper that can spoil its taste. At the same time the main thing that the stopper didn't lose the elasticity and I didn't pass inside oxygen.
