The summer time – is a high time to prepare stocks for the winter. Reserve for the future cherry and you will be able to enjoy cold winter days compote, vareniki, pies and many other cherry goodies.
It is possible to reserve cherry for the future in various ways: make compote, cook fragrant jam, make jam five-minute, jelly, jam, fruit jelly. If you want to regale in the winter on fresh berry, just freeze it in the freezer. After defrosting, berry can be used for preparation of fruit drinks, vareniki, to apply as a stuffing to pies and creation of other not less tasty dishes at which there will be a part of summer. Cherry and in own juice is very tasty. But for the majority of cherry preparations, it is necessary to separate previously from berries stones.
It is possible to execute, at first sight, this quite difficult task in several ways. The first – to use special adaptation which one pressing beats out stones from berry, keeping at the same time its integrity. Only before it don't forget to touch berries, to exempt them from shanks and to rinse flowing water.
Besides now special machines for pitting from cherry were available for sale. They work like juice extractors, strongly fasten to a surface of a table and allow to remain during all process with clean, unspotted cherry juice, hands and clothes. However, despite scientific and technical progress, most of hostesses has the most widespread method of extraction of cherry pits at which use an ordinary hairpin for hair. For this purpose take previously prepared and washed out berry in the left hand, and – clamp a hairpin in right. Connect both ends of a hairpin and from a shank thrust them in berry. Then hook a stone and accurately remove it. It is also possible to experiment with other party of a hairpin. Pick up a hairpin of grandmas and take from berry. For the lack of a hairpin, it is possible to use an ordinary safety pin or the wire twisted like a hairpin or a pin.
