By means of the bread machine it is possible to make tasty home-made bread, fancy bread, Easter cakes and other pastries. That pastries turned out qualitative, when using this household appliance it is important to follow a number of simple rules.
Instruction
1. Put the bread machine on a fire-resistant plain surface, far from a draft and sources of heat. Open a cover and get a form from the bread machine. Put on the blade the core located at the bottom of a form.
2. Prepare necessary ingredients in the quantity specified in recipe preparations. Pour in water, milk, other liquids in a form. Pour flour that it completely covered liquid. Add the remained dry and solid ingredients.
3. Place sugar, salt and oil in different corners of a form so that they didn't concern each other. Make deepening in the middle of flour, it shouldn't reach liquid. Put in it yeast.
4. Put a form in the bread machine and densely fix it. Lower the handle, close a device cover. Turn on the bread machine in the socket and choose the necessary program.
5. Press the Start button, and process of mixing of the test will begin. When dough is ready, it is possible to add additional ingredients (dried fruits, nuts). Press the Feet button, open the bread machine and add products. Check dough if it too soft, add to it flour if dense – add liquids.
6. After bread is baked, the bread machine will give a sound signal. Press the Feet button and open a cover. To get bread, put on mittens for an oven. At taking out of bread it is impossible to lean on the open device.
7. Turn the taken-out bread machine form upside down, shake it several times or knock about a wooden board. If the blade of the bread machine got stuck in bread, get it by means of a wooden scapula.
8. Put bread on a lattice, cool it within half an hour. Switch off the bread machine from the socket. Let it will cool down. Wash a form and the testomeshalny blade, wipe the cooled-down bread machine. Remove clean dry parts of the bread machine inside.
