  • - 850 ml of bonnyclabber;
  • - 50 g of small sugar;
  • - 2 ripe mangoes peeled and cut in cubes;
  • - 25 g of ground almonds;
  • - fresh mint, slices of mango and petals of almonds for giving.

Instruction

1. Bring milk with sugar to the boil and leave on weak fire for 4-5 minutes. Cool.

2. Mash mango and wipe through a sieve.

3. Filter milk and mix with almonds and mango. Pour out in forms and freeze 6 hours before hardening.
