- - 850 ml of bonnyclabber;
- - 50 g of small sugar;
- - 2 ripe mangoes peeled and cut in cubes;
- - 25 g of ground almonds;
- - fresh mint, slices of mango and petals of almonds for giving.
Instruction
1. Bring milk with sugar to the boil and leave on weak fire for 4-5 minutes. Cool.
2. Mash mango and wipe through a sieve.
