It is required to you

  • For cutlets:
  • - forcemeat of 500 g
  • - bulb of 2 pieces.
  • - garlic 4 cloves
  • - slice of white loaf
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - dried greens 2 of h spoon
  • For sauce:
  • - carrots of 1 piece.
  • - onions of 2 pieces.
  • - sour cream 3 tablespoons
  • - milk of 50 ml
  • - water of 150 ml
  • - dried greens

Instruction

1. To soak a slice of bread in a small amount of milk, it is good to wring out and add to forcemeat.

2. Onions and garlic small to chop and connect to forcemeat. Meat salt, pepper, add some dried greens and it is good to mix everything.

3. Create small cutlets, roll in in flour and fry on vegetable oil until ready.

4. For preparation of sauce it is necessary to grate carrots on a small grater, to cut onions in cubes and to fry everything together till golden color.

5. Add to vegetables of water, sour cream, milk, dried greens and spices. Extinguish all ingredients of 10 minutes.

6. Fill in with the received sauce cutlets, take on weak fire of 5 more minutes and allow to infuse a little to a dish. As a garnish mashed potatoes, rice or buckwheat well will approach.
