Kordon-blyu is a schnitzel from meat, ham and cheese. It can be given as a garnished main course or as nourishing snack. Gentle meat with cheese turns out very tasty.
It is required to you
- - chicken breast of 2 pieces;
- - soft cheese of 100 g;
- - ham of 100 g;
- - egg of 2 pieces;
- - desi of 30 g;
- - vegetable oil of 20 ml;
- - bread crumbs;
- - black sprinkling pepper;
- - salt.
Instruction
1. Wash up chicken breasts, dry a paper towel. Beat off on the one hand by means of food wrap, salt and pepper.
2. Cut ham on thin slices. Divide cheese into 2 oblong pieces. Inwrap cheese in ham and lay out on chicken breasts.
3. Wrap up cheese with ham chicken breast so that cheese didn't act. Shake up eggs with a small amount of water. Dip chicken breasts in eggs, then in bread crumbs, then again in egg, then in crackers.
4. Put the prepared breasts for 20 minutes in the freezer. Then heat a desi, fry in it a cordon-blyu. The chicken breasts made thus can be served with mashed potatoes, boiled rice and a fresh vegetables.
