It is required to you

  • - tomatoes – 2.5 kg
  • - a paprika – 1 kg, or carrots (0.5 kg) and onions (0.5 kg)
  • - bitter pepper – 5 pods
  • - sugar – 200 g
  • - 6% vinegar – 100 g
  • - vegetable oil – 200 g
  • - salt – 3 tablespoons with top
  • - cucumbers – 5 kg
  • - garlic – 1 head
  • - fennel or parsley - 1 bunch

Instruction

1. For a start wash and peel all vegetables. In advance sterilize covers and banks.

2. Tomatoes (it is possible together with a thin skin), a paprika miss via the meat grinder. Paprika isn't an obligatory component. It is also possible to add carrots, onions and in addition the tomatoes sliced by small.

3. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix everything.

4. Put the turned-out weight on fire. Use the enameled ware. Bring to the boil. Then you cook 15 minutes, having a little lowered a flame. Often stir slowly that tomato and peppery weight didn't burn.

5. Then cut cucumbers thin circles and add to hot mix. Boil 10 more minutes.

6. Now it is necessary to add a little sharpness. Fans of burning snack can use bitter pepper (Ogoniok) and garlic at the same time. To give to lecso light sharpness, choose something one of components.

7. At will it is possible to add greens to lecso also. Fennel or parsley it is necessary to add together with garlic / bitter pepper.
