  • Orange crusts from 6 oranges
  • 2 teaspoons of citric acid
  • 4 liters of water
  • 250 grams of sugar

Instruction

1. In the most thorough way to wash up oranges. Their crusts process wax that oranges were longer stored. Use a rigid brush and hot water.

2. Process boiled water the cleaned crusts. It will remove bitterness. Then they should be cut small squares. And to fill in all with one liter of water, having added citric acid. Allow to infuse within a day.

3. Water from infusion of orange crusts should be poured in a pan. And it is necessary to scroll crusts two times in the meat grinder and to put in a pan. Add sugar and the remained three liters of water to the general tub.

4. Bring contents to the boil. As soon as there is a skin – to stop heating. Pour orange water in a clean vessel, and to filter crusts through a gauze. The turned-out lemonade should be distributed on bottles and to store in a cold spot.
