Liver very useful product. But practically nobody loves it and especially prepares from this product. There is simply magic dish in which the liver turns out fragrant, gentle and tasty. Try to prepare it. And that there was no bitterness, soak an offal in milk.
It is required to you
- - a liver (pork and beef) - 200 g,
- - flour - 1 tablespoon,
- - the Bulgarian green pepper - 12 pieces,
- - onions of-1 piece,
- - tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons,
- - garlic - 3 cloves,
- - lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons,
- - chili pepper - 1 piece,
- - a cauliflower - 200 g,
- - broccoli - 200 g,
- - cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pieces,
- - olive oil for frying,
- - several feathers of shnitt-onions,
- - salt.
1. We maintain a liver several hours in milk that its taste was softer and juicy. Then we cut small pieces, we roll in flour and we fry in a frying pan on olive oil.
2. Onions and paprika are small chopped and we add to a liver. Then we pour in 1-2 glasses of water in a frying pan, we enter tomato sauce, lemon juice and we extinguish. We salt mix, we put chopped chili pepper and the crushed garlic.
3. We boil broccoli and a cauliflower, we throw back on a colander. We spread boiled cabbage on a flat plate, from above the hill we put the fried liver. We decorate with halves of cherry tomatoes and feathers of shnitt-onions.
