Low-calorie hibiscus tea jelly

Many tasted wonderful drink of hibiscus tea, but the few know that from it it is possible to prepare an excellent low-calorie dessert - jelly.

It is required to you

  • 4 tablespoons of dry hibiscus tea, 2 glasses of water, 3 tablespoons of liquid honey, the 15th gram of gelatin, 1 tangerine.


1. Fill in hibiscus tea with 1 glass of boiled water, close a cover and leave to infuse 10 minutes.

2. Stir gelatin a glass of boiled water and stir before full dissolution. Leave to bulk up for 10 minutes.

3. Filter hibiscus tea and pour out in any capacity. Add honey and the divorced gelatin. Mix all ingredients.

4. Take a mold (it is desirable silicone or other mold for jelly) and put the cleaned tangerine segments on its bottom.

5. Pour out jelly in a mold and put in the fridge for 6-8 hours.

6. Before giving, turn jelly on a flat plate.
