  • - buckwheat - 9 tablespoons

  • - bay leaf - 1 piece.
  • - salt, pepper - to taste
  • - a desi - 1 h a spoon without top on each pot
  • - vegetable oil - 1.5 tablespoons

Instruction

1. Cut meat on small pieces. Pepper, salt, fry in vegetable oil to a golden crust. To spread out evenly in pots.

2. Onions small to cut, fry in the same frying pan where meat, till golden color was fried. After that evenly to distribute onions on pots.

3. Fry buckwheat in a dry frying pan to a characteristic smell - 3-4 minutes. When frying it is necessary to stir slowly it that didn't burn. Distribute on pots equally - 3 tablespoons.

4. Add to each pot salt, pepper to taste, to evenly distribute bay leaf. Fill in all contents with broth or water. When filling water or broth it is required to keep proportions in volumes: on 1 part of buckwheat - 2 parts of water. So porridge will be friable.
