The roast with meat in Russian made in pots will be pleasant to fans of meat dishes. It will give joy to guests and will leave a wonderful impression as this hot really tasty and nourishing!

- On 4 pots:
- - 650 g of beef or veal
- - 1.5 kg of potatoes
- - 4 tablespoons of a desi
- - 2 bulbs
- - 100 ml of dry white wine
- - 1 glass of meat soup
- - 1 glass of sour cream
- - 200 g of a hard cheese
- - salt, pepper black ground, bay leaf - to taste
- - greens of parsley and fennel - to taste
1. Peel, cut potatoes in cubes, to fry slightly on vegetable oil. Cut rings onions, fry till golden color. Cut meat on flank steaks (the size of a piece has to be such that was located in a mouth), to fry in the boiling oil to a golden crust.
2. Spread out meat on pots. From above to put potatoes, then fried onions. Salt, pepper, break bay leaf and to distribute evenly on pots. Fill in broth. Cover and put pots in well heated oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
3. Open pots, pour out a dry wine and strew from above with a grated cheese. Close and leave for 10 minutes in an oven. Serve a ready-to-eat meal to a table in pots, fill in with sour cream and strew with small cut greens.
