Meat in pots - very rich and tasty dish. It will be pleasant even to the most inveterate gourmets. In preparation such meat doesn't demand special efforts that allows to train him though every day. But at the same time, you can prepare for a holiday or a celebration such pots - to each guest on one.

It is required to you

  • meat of chicken, pork or beef of-1 kg
  • potato of-1 kg
  • carrots of-1 piece
  • big bulb
  • ketchup or a tomato paste - 5 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. At first crumble small onions.

2. Then peel carrots and grate it.

3. Meat is cut by pieces of the small size.

4. Then start roasting: at first onions. After it carrots are fried.

5. Then add meat, spices and salt to a frying pan.

6. Add to it tomato paste or ketchup and fry 20 more minutes (if chicken, then 10 minutes).

7. Peel potatoes and cut small into cubes. Fry it in a frying pan to semi-readiness.

8. Lay out potato in pots.

9. Then put meat. Cover and put in an oven.

10. Instead of a cover it is possible to grate from above cheese that it completely closed contents, or it is possible to cover with the usual test.
