It is required to you

  • - frying pan with a cover;
  • - skimmer;
  • - pork tenderloin of 1.5 kg;
  • - ripe apricots of 200 g;
  • - rosemary 2 teaspoons;
  • - honey 2 teaspoons;
  • - water 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - vegetable oil 2 tablespoons;
  • - desi of 50 g.

Instruction

1. Well wash up pork, cut large oblong pieces no more than 5 cm thick. Slightly beat off pieces from two parties. Not to damage meat fiber, beat off through food wrap better.

2. Connect rosemary to salt and pepper and well mix. Rub with mix of seasonings medallions from two parties. Leave meat in spices for 40 minutes.

3. Wash up apricots and remove stones. Cut their pulp on quarters.

4. In a frying pan heat vegetable oil and fry medallions from two parties, it will take about 5 minutes. Then reduce fire and you extinguish their baking plate a cover within 10 minutes. Remove ready pieces from a frying pan.

5. In the same frying pan kindle a desi. Add apricots and honey on a frying pan. On average fire fry fruit with honey, continuously stirring slowly within 2 minutes. By means of a skimmer remove apricots from a frying pan.

6. Put meat in a frying pan with apricot caramel and fry about 10 minutes on strong fire. Serve the dish, having watered with caramel and having decorated with apricots.
