In this drink the aroma and taste is perfectly combined. In the cool evening the hot beverage from white chocolate will warm both the soul, and a body. Drink on the basis of milk and cream is cooked, its taste supplements vanilla and a filbert.
It is required to you
- - 180 ml of milk;
- - 50 ml of cream;
- - 40 g of white chocolate;
- - 30 g of a filbert;
- - half of a vanilla bean;
- - salt.
Instruction
1. Put to warm up an oven to 190 degrees. Lay out a filbert on a baking tray, fry in an oven, it has to become dark gold color - there will be enough 15 minutes, from time to time mix nuts that they didn't burn.
2. Remove a peel from nuts, cool. Throw nuts in the blender, crush. Cut a vanilla bean on two halves, pull out kernels, add them to nuts.
3. Bring milk to the boil, throw in it nuts and kernels of vanilla, too put a pod. Remove from fire, cover a pan. Let 1 hour milk infuses. Milk with nut and vanilla taste will turn out.
4. Filter the infused milk, pour in a pan, pour in cream, add white chocolate. Salt a little.
5. Bring to the boil, chocolate has to thaw completely. Switch off fire and at once pour drink on cups. You can decorate with whipped cream, nuts from above.
