Mini-pancakes from porridge in 10 minutes

Pancakes are a tasty, but not the most useful dish for our organism, and for a figure in particular. To reduce recipe caloric content, I suggest to use oat instead of wheat flour.

It is required to you

  • Oat flour of 5 tablespoons.
  • Egg of 1 piece.
  • Milk of 2-3 tablespoons.
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Vegetable oil

Instruction

1. Oat flour we take make (not instant) usual porridge very simply and we crush in the blender. It is possible to interrupt, pour all pack in a package at once and to put back in a box, so much more conveniently. It is possible to bake from such flour not only pancakes. It can be added to pastries, using only a half of wheat flour, and to replace the rest oat.

2. At first we mix liquid ingredients - we drive in egg into milk and well we shake up a fork. Meanwhile we pour cinnamon into oat flour (to taste on your discretion), we mix, and after it we pour in dairy and egg mix.

3. Our mobile dough is almost ready. It is necessary to mix carefully it that there were no lumps (it is important!).

4. If there is a non-stick frying pan, it is possible to do also without vegetable oil. If isn't present - we sprinkle a frying pan oil and we spread dough: one tablespoon - one pancake.

5. They are fried pretty fast, in 1-2 min. on the one hand therefore to distract I don't advise, there is a probability that pancakes can burn.

6. Since we don't add sugar (we keep a figure!), we use honey - it much more usefully and more tasty. In a blue cup - Viva ferment yogurt of a home cooking plus the raspberry killed in the blender. Here such here useful breakfast turned out in 10 minutes!
