Shortcake short dough, gentle chocolate - nothing superfluous, but turns out incredibly tasty dessert for fans of chocolate and not only. It is simple to cook small baskets from shortcake dough, a stuffing - chocolate with butter and cream.

It is required to you

  • - 0.5 glasses of flour;
  • - 100 g of a dark chocolate;
  • - 80 g of a desi;
  • - 1 vitellus;
  • - 2 tablespoons of heavy cream;
  • - 0.5 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - salt pinch.

Instruction

1. In a deep bowl sift flour, add to it sugar with salt. Add the desi (50 grams) cut into cubes, chop a knife or grind hands to a condition of a crumb. Add a vitellus, knead a soft and elastic dough which shouldn't stick to hands. If it is required - pour in a little water (no more than 2 tablespoons). Cover ready dough with food wrap, remove for half an hour in the fridge.

2. Grease forms for cakes with a desi. Divide dough into equal pieces, roll and evenly distribute in a form. That in the course of baking dough for mini-tarts wasn't blown up, it is possible to pin it a fork or to fill up with cargo in the form of peas or haricot.

3. Send molds with the test for half an hour to the oven which is warmed up up to 200 degrees. While dough is baked, you can prepare chocolate filling.

4. Crush a dark chocolate, kindle it in the microwave oven or on a water bath. Add 30 grams of a desi, pour in heavy cream, properly stir before receiving a uniform mix.

5. Cool ready sand baskets, having got from the fridge, then get baskets from molds, fill them with chocolate and remove in the fridge before hardening of a stuffing. Give mini-tarts with chilled chocolate that it was more convenient to eat, otherwise chocolate will spread.
