It is required to you
- - 2 handfuls of blackcurrant;
- - 1 handful of raspberry;
- - 1 handful of red currant;
- - 450 ml of milk;
- - 80 ml of cream of 10%;
- - 1 tablespoon of a refiner syrup;
- - 6 leaves of fresh mint.
Instruction
1. Lay out currant and raspberry in a blender bowl, add a refiner syrup, mint leaves, pour in cream.
2. Shake up these components to uniformity.
3. Pour in milk in a bowl, again shake up. Filter drink.
4. Pour ready mint smoothie ""Juicy Berries"" on glasses, decorate with the whole berries and leaves of mint.
