Multi-colored pepper and crabsticks salad

Juicy salad from a multi-colored paprika, gentle crabsticks, grated hard cheese, fragrant greens and tinned haricot is a great snack which will decorate any family or holiday table. At the same time it is excellently combined with any porridge, potatoes or pasta and also supplements meat or fish garnishes.

It is required to you

  • 3 sweet paprikas of different flowers;
  • 1 pack of crabsticks;
  • 300 g of a hard cheese;
  • 300 g of tinned red beans;
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • 50 g of mayonnaise;
  • ½ bunches of fennel or greens.

Instruction

1. Wash, dry and peel three color pepper from fruit stems, seeds and partitions from within. Cut the remained pulp in average cubes by means of very sharp knife and lay out in a deep salad bowl. We will note that it is possible to take three pepper of identical color, this factor won't affect taste of salad in any way, but at the same time will make it less bright, beautiful and elegant.

2. Defreeze crabsticks, randomly, but not too small to cut and lay out to peppery cubes.

3. To open a jar with haricot, accurately to merge all liquid, (it isn't required to us any more) and haricot to lay out in capacity to pepper and crabsticks.

4. To wash out greens of fennel or parsley under flowing water, to dry from excess water and to chop small a knife. It is possible to take not one type of greens, and a little, considering flavoring preferences of all family.

5. Crush a hard cheese by means of a large grater and together with chopped greens to lay out in a salad bowl to haricot, pepper and crabsticks. It is possible to add to salad small cut green onions also.

6. To mix everything, then to fill with salt to taste and mayonnaise, to mix, insist once again 5-10 minutes, to scatter on smaller salad bowls and to give to a table with a favourite garnish.
