  • Ingredients:
  • - champignon mushrooms - 350 g
  • - white dry wine - 150 ml
  • - olive oil - 1.5 tablespoons
  • - a desi - 20 g
  • - potatoes - 300 g
  • - onion - 1 piece of the average sizes
  • - garlic - 2 cloves
  • - broth - 1.2 l
  • - sour cream or cream - to taste

Instruction

1. Peel potatoes, to cut largely. Clean onions, to cut small in cubes. Crush garlic. Wash out and cut champignons pieces.
