Mushroom sauce "Tamerlan

The mushroom sauce Tamerlan differs in a saturated sharp taste. Champignons can be cut large pieces or to crush by means of the blender. Thanks to such experiments you will make two same ingredients sauces.

It is required to you

  • - vegetable oil
  • - 6 eggs
  • - 150 g of marinated gherkins
  • - 250 g of sour cream
  • - 100 g of marinated champignons
  • - sugar
  • - horse-radish
  • - mustard
  • - vinegar

Instruction

1. Cook eggs, take yolks and crush them by means of a fork. Add a little mustard and knead gruel. Mix ingredients with one glass of vegetable oil and carefully mix everything.

2. Crush egg whites, cut in small cubes or strips marinated champignons. Cut gherkins with ringlets, grate horse-radish on a small grater. Mix all prepared ingredients with mustard mix.

3. Slightly warm sauce on slow fire, without bringing to the boil. Add vinegar, salt and sugar to taste. Additional ingredient it is possible to use a black sprinkling pepper. Mix sour cream with hot sauce. Carefully mix everything and cool.

4. The mushroom sauce can be used for gas station of main courses or to give separately. Pour mix in beautiful capacity and decorate with fresh greens of parsley.
