Various mushrooms will be suitable for preparation of the discussed sauce. It is possible to take forest champignons white or more available today. Sauce will become excellent addition to different dishes from potatoes.

It is required to you

  • - 500 grams of any fresh mushrooms;
  • - 200 milliliters of heavy cream;
  • - 1 large bulb;
  • - 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • - 50 milliliters of sunflower or olive oil;
  • - 20 grams of a desi;
  • - nutmeg, a black sprinkling pepper, salt to taste.

Instruction

1. The chosen mushrooms need to be cleaned, washed up, filled in carefully with cold water and to put to cook approximately for 30-40 minutes. When the product is ready, liquid needs to be merged, and to cut mushrooms on small pieces.

2. Now it is necessary to fry them on mix of creamy and vegetable oil. Onions small to cut, mix with the crushed mushrooms, and then to pepper, salt and leave weight on fire before softening of onions.

3. Then to pour out flour in a frying pan and to mix onions with vegetables until flour doesn't gain golden color.
