Myasnaya Solyanka with language

Solyanka is a kind of dense and very nourishing soup. For preparation of this dish the set of ingredients is used. It is possible to diversify a lunch meal with solyanka from meat and language.

It is required to you

  • - 3 l of broth
  • - 2 boiled pork tongues
  • - 200 g of smoked pork
  • - 3 pickles
  • - 1 lemon
  • - sour cream
  • - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • - 1 carrots
  • - 1 bank of olives without stones
  • - vegetable oil
  • - salt
  • - black sprinkling pepper

Instruction

1. Fry the crushed onions and the carrots grated on a small grater before formation of a golden shade. Cut in advance cooked pork tongue and smoked meat on small cubes. Bring broth to the boil and add to it the prepared ingredients - fried vegetables, language and meat.

2. A cucumber cut in small cubes or grate. Crush olives or cut with ringlets. Add ingredients to contents of a pan and continue to cook solyanka on slow fire.

3. In several minutes until ready add juice of a half of a lemon to meat Solyanka. Cut the second half thin plates. Salt a dish and pepper to taste.

4. Before giving on a table fill solyanka with sour cream, decorate with fresh greens and segments of a lemon. In order that soup turned out richer, during roasting of onions and carrots, add a little desi to frying pan contents. Olives can be replaced with olives.
