New Year's tartlets with Russian salad

Every time for a New Year's table there is a wish to prepare a new and tasty dish. The offered tartlets will serve new, and Russian salad will help to keep traditions.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - a desi — 250 g;
  • - egg — 2 pieces;
  • - wheat flour — 2 glasses;
  • - salt — 1 tsp;
  • - powder baking — 1 tsp.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - egg — 3 pieces:
  • - a boiled sausage — 300 g;
  • - potatoes — 2 pieces;
  • - a cucumber pickles — 3 pieces;
  • - a canned peas — 1 bank;
  • - mayonnaise — to taste;
  • - salt — at will.


1. Make dough for tartlets. Mix dry ingredients in deep capacity. Pound butter and eggs in a separate bowl, then mix with a dry-mix. Having kneaded dough, put away it in a plastic bag. Leave dough in a cold spot for 1 hour.

2. Boil hard-boiled eggs for salad. Make the same with potatoes. Exempt the cooled-down products from a shell and a thin skin, cut into small pieces. Crumble sausage and pickles small, connect to potatoes and eggs.

3. Well rested dough roll no more than 0.5 centimeters in layer. Cut preparation from the test in a form of baking cups. Distribute each preparation in shape, atop fill dry peas.

4. Heat an oven to 180 degrees, establish a baking tray with tartlets. Bake semi-finished products of 15-17 minutes. Having taken out pastries, leave on a leaf to cool down, then exempt from forms and peas.

5. Shortly before the celebration mix all necessary products for salad. Fill with salad to a tartlet olive, decorate and put on a table.
