  • Pistachios – the high-calorie product comprising many vitamins, a squirrel and minerals and in a product is a lot of substances which have properties of antioxidants, all hazardous toxic substances helping an organism to enrage.
  • Almonds help to regulate cholesterol level in blood, well influence organs of vision and in general, it is applied at cardiovascular pathologies.
  • The filbert is also widespread nut which fruits have a number of curative properties. It is used in a food allowance at hormonal insufficiency, method of fight against catarrhal diseases and also as resolvent.
  • Peanut is used for receiving the oil of the same name which is very valuable and useful product. In it there is a number of vitamins, useful to the person. Peanut positively influences a condition of nervous system, removes stress, regulates cholesterol level in blood.
  • Pine nut – a medicinal look which is used for production of means against various diseases of internals, especially intestines, a liver and a gall bladder. This valuable nut is used also at diseases of blood and removal of toxins.
