Those who loves more nourishing breakfasts can roast in a frying pan or to boil several eggs. At the same time it is desirable to add various vegetables: paprika, onions, tomatoes and is a lot of greens. Such dish will enrich an organism with useful protein, iron, phosphorus, calcium, vitamins A, E, D and B6. The eggs eaten in the first half of day will be processed by an organism into energy and will perfectly satisfy feeling of hunger. However, it is necessary to roast them without oil.
