It is required to you

  • - 5 small paprikas
  • - 400 g of brynza
  • - 2 branches of Tarhun
  • - olive oil
  • - ground sweet paprika
  • - 2 branches of mint
  • - 2 branches of rosemary
  • - 40 ml of wine vinegar
  • - 1 teaspoon of an oregano
  • - 3 garlic gloves

Instruction

1. Carefully wash out all herbs, necessary for the recipe, and crush by means of a knife. Fill in the prepared mix with a small amount of wine vinegar and olive oil.

2. Crush garlic gloves or miss through a press. Mix in small capacity on a teaspoon of an oregano and sweet ground paprika. Add all ingredients to herbs.

3. Cut brynza in small cubes. Put preparation in a deep bowl. It is desirable to use a container which can be closed densely a cover. Fill in cheese with a herbal blend and put in the fridge at several o'clock.

4. A paprika wash out, remove seeds. Stuff preparations with cheese mix and put in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes.

5. About readiness of a dish the brown crust which will appear on brynza will prompt. Before giving on a table it is possible to decorate a dish with several branches of mint.
