Cherry tomatoes or some similar grades tomato with small fruits best of all will be suitable for this dish. Ready pasta turn out very tasty, impregnated with juice and aroma of baked tomatoes.
It is required to you
- - 265 g of pasta;
- - 545 g of tomatoes (small);
- - salt, seasonings;
- - 65 ml of vegetable oil.
1. Wash out, rub off tomatoes a paper towel and cut on two halves. Properly to oil a form for roasting vegetable and to lay parchment paper for roasting.
2. Shift halves of tomatoes to parchment so that the cut of each tomato turned out from above. Salt and strew with seasonings.
3. Put a form in the warmed oven and bake tomatoes within about 25 minutes. On tomatoes there has to be a baked crust.
4. Boil enough water in a pan, salt and throw in it pasta. Boil them until ready, then drain from them water.
5. In a deep frying pan to warm vegetable oil, then to shift in it the ready, baked tomatoes, to prepare about 5 minutes.
6. Then to add on a frying pan with tomatoes the boiled pasta and carefully to mix everything. As a result pasta will become impregnated with juice and aroma of tomatoes.
7. When giving to strew pasta with fresh greens.
