Very unusual and very tasty dish with which it is possible to surprise guests of your festive evening. Thanks to dried pepper of chili, oysters receive a sharp pungent flavor which will want to enjoy again and again.

It is required to you

  • - 300 g of oysters;
  • - olive oil;
  • - 3 garlic gloves;
  • - ½ chili peppers (if there is no fresh, it is possible to use dried);
  • - water;
  • - 1 packing of paste (or usual spaghetti);
  • - salt;
  • - parsley (or any greens).


1. First of all it is necessary to make sauce for oysters. For this purpose it is necessary to take a deep bowl and to pour in a plate of a little olive oil. Clean, crush and add garlic to a bowl to olive oil. Crush and add chili pepper to sauce. It is good to mix everything.

2. Boil paste in the boiling water. At that time, while paste cooks, it is necessary to wash out well oysters. The washed-out oysters to put in a pan with cold water, to add a little salt and to put on fire. It is necessary to cook oysters within 15–20 minutes.

3. Wash parsley and crush. Add to sauce. It is good to mix everything. Ready oysters to cast away on a colander and to merge residues of water in a separate bowl. Oysters to lay out in the made sauce. Water with broth from under oysters.

4. Merge paste through a colander. Add to oysters. The dish is ready, it is possible to give on a table.
