It is required to you

  • - 1 glass of whole peas;
  • - 3 glasses of water;
  • - 5 bulbs;
  • - bunch of fresh fennel:
  • - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - black pepper, salt.

Instruction

1. So, pour the specified amount of water in a pan, bring to the boil, salt. Previously wash out peas, put it in the boiling water. You cook to full readiness - peas have to boil soft, become similar to porridge.

2. Take young onions, clean, cut with ringlets, thinly it isn't obligatory to cut. In a frying pan heat vegetable oil, lay out onions, fry. You can season onions with a black sprinkling pepper. Fry till golden color.

3. Then add fried onions together with vegetable oil to pea puree, mix. It is worth noticing, the more you will add some fried onions, the more tasty at you puree will turn out.

4. Wash out fennel in advance, leave to dry on a paper towel. After that small chop greens.

5. Spread out ready pea puree with onions on plates, strew with fennel, give on a table hot. It is possible to give with any vegetable salad. If you made puree as a garnish for dinner or a lunch, then you can serve with it any fried meat - it will turn out very nourishingly.
