It is required to you

  • 4 pears, 250 milliliters of red dry wine, 2 tablespoons of a refiner syrup, 1 orange, 2 sticks of cinnamon, 2 stars of a carnation, nutmeg and vanillin on a knife tip.

Instruction

1. Peel pears, cut in half and remove a core.

2. Warm up wine, add sugar, cinnamon, a carnation, nutmeg, vanillin and, stirring slowly, bring to the boil.

3. Their orange squeeze out juice. Add orange juice and pears to wine. Lower fire to a minimum.

4. You cook pears of 20 minutes, sometimes stirring slowly.
